In this countdown format episode of our songs of the week from #FreshCuts Vol. 71, your host Burke Wasson is joined by Travis Boots, Bryan Mosby, Jesse Morgan, Wellington Davis, and Steve Strait in a voyeuristic turn sneaking up on us in the studio. You’ll hear some new audio features and clips from some fantastic songs. Travis marvels at hearing “the only Billy Joel song that matters.” Burke and Travis discuss the surprising influx of synthwave into #FreshCuts and bemoan shoegaze.
