At the age of 14, Kay was diagnosed with Lupus SLE. It has always been an aspiration of Kay's to have the opportunity of sharing my story with the world, to better relate with other young girls like herself. Kay wants to show them that all things are possible, and that Lupus does not define them, no matter how much it may feel that way.
