Dear wonderful listeners, Welcome to Season 3, Episode 7 of the podcast! Today’s episode is lectio divina on Matthew 11:28 with Rae. This recording comes from our daily meditation sessions at Shambhala in Your Heart festival in Chiang Dao, Thailand, so you may hear some festival noise in the background.
