Season 3 Episode 9: Aboriginal Cultural Safety and Humility Policy Development

AD0200 Aboriginal Cultural Safety and Humility began with a conversation between colleagues and a whiteboard drawing two years ago, and was approved earlier this year. The Development Team was made up of representatives from Human Resources, Workplace Health and Safety, Aboriginal Health and Aboriginal Mental Wellness. Several team members met recently to discuss the importance of the policy and the development process.
