It's been a crazy year folks! But I am still here alive and kickin'!! I have got a lot of changes in the works for you this year with Grey and Grounded. Journey with me as I relate one of my favorite books Meditations by Marcus Aurelius and relate it to some of my everyday trials and tribulations.
