Season 4 Episode 1: Dan Shulman

The first episode of season 4 for the Brock SPMA Council Podcast is officially here. The new Pod-squad welcomes Dan Shulman to the podcast. Dan is the current play-by-play announcer for the Toronto Blue Jays. Dan has also previously worked with ESPN on Baseball night in America and College Basketball. On this episode, Dan talks about how he found his love for play-by-play as an actuarial science graduate (2:00), talks about the different strategies he uses for calling different sports (5:06), where he believes the future of sport broadcasting is going (9:40). The podcast then shifts away from the sport industry talk to sports talk where Dan answers questions about the Blue Jays playoff chances and opportunities (16:00), what would be the one game he could call in sports history (19:10).
