Season 4, Episode 9 - Kansas City Superbowl Parade shootings, what doctors found in a man's nose, asexual sting ray, slain Georgia nursing student, death penalty executions in China, and much more!

In this week's podcast, our quote of the week is from 1984 author George Orwell on why most Americans can sleep peacefully at night.  We'll play a short clip of President Biden confusing 2024 with 2020  In our stupidest thing I've heard all week segment, we'll tell you why Democrats in the Colorado legislature blocked a proposed new "Common sense gun control law" that would have increased the penalty for stealing a gun or possessing a stolen gun from a misdemeanor to a felony (like it already is in many other states).  We'll play a clip of a Kansas City resident & podcaster criticizing the Mayor of Kansas City, trying to blame the guns for the Superbowl Parade shootings instead of the thugs who did the shooting. In a related story, we'll play a clip of Ann Coulter on the Bill Maher show two days after that same shooting, explaining to him how we know the shooter wasn't a white Christian male even though the police had not yet released the identities of the shooters.  In the grossest story I've heard in a long time, we'll tell you what doctors found inside the nose of a man who went to the hospital for his frequent & recurring nose bleeds.  In a story straight out of Jurassic Park, we'll tell you about a female sting ray who became pregnant despite the absence of male sting rays in her tank.  We'll compare the number of death penalty executions in the US every year vs. the number that China carries out every year and how quickly those sentences are carried out in that country.  In another story you didn't hear on the network news, we'll tell you some details about the identity of the man accused of murdering the Georgia nursing student and how the Atlanta Journal-Constitution described him.  Our taxpayer relief shot comes to us from St. Louis, where an apartment resident shoots & kills an intruder who entered his 2nd-floor apartment from a fire escape at 4:00 AM.
