from CORPORATE HARD TALK · host Deborah Abodunrin

Welcome to the all-Black Women Season running from the 8th of March to the end of May.  It's been a minute, we are glad to be back with season 5, a little emotional because we have been gone for some time. This season at CHT we will focus on black women, it is important for us to spin a couple of stories on the head. Season 5 is all about bringing professional women, specifically black women, it is suggested that black women are behind in the corporate world, what we want to do at Corporate Hard Talk is to speak to women who are doing really well in their careers. Our vision here is to inspire you one podcast episode at a time! Yes, we are aware that there is limited progression experienced by black women in the labor market. The issue is centered around pay, hours, and representation in top jobs. In this episode, we sit down with Deanna Lyncook, Oral History, and Project Officer. Lnycook is also a Podcaster, you can listen to the History Hotline podcasts on all streaming platforms. Deanne makes history easy and cool to learn, she is open to your requests as well. The History Hotline is the hottest line for all things Black history and beyond... A space to have honest conversations about Black history and how it impacts the world we live in. We’re here to explore some of the facets of Black history ignored by the mainstream, your teachers, and the textbooks. Thank you, Deanna we love and appreciate your work, and how easy you are making history.
