I really like whisky, and I really like history, so I figured I will try and incorporate the two into a podcast. The format for the episodes is to consider the history of whisky chronologically within each respective geographical region, although these will inevitably cross over into other areas in parts. This is why we are first focusing on Scottish Malt, and as we progress through time we will consider alternative forms of whiskies, such as American Bourbon and Rye whiskies, as well as Japan’s heritage, to name a few examples.
