Season 5, Episode 27: Interview with Award-Winning Actress Austin Judd (Chrystal) from “Cannibal Comedian” (2023)

This movie is a twisted mix of gut-busting laughs and terrifying thrills, the genre-bending slasher movie pushes the limitations of horror and humor in a remarkable cinematic experience. For those who love comedy with their horror, this is the pinnacle of the indie peak in my opinion. I had the honor of sitting down with Austin to speak about her role as Chrystal and I will admit that she delivered flawlessly. She definitely plays a likeable character in the film, and I especially love how her character was developed throughout the film. Her and Aaron developed a very unique and strange relationship in the film which led to the possibility of a sequel, more to follow on that. This movie deserves two thumbs and it’s an absolute blast to watch. Cannibal Comedian is now available physically on Blu-ray and VHS as well as on digital platforms and streaming through Screambox.
