Arthur Lynch is an exercise physiology researcher who recently completed his Ph.D. at the University of Limerick. Arthur is an accomplished drug-free powerlifter, representing Ireland at the last two IPF World Championships and heading there again this year. He is the current Irish Powerlifting Federation national champion in the -93kg class. Arthur coaches at Sigma Nutrition, working with powerlifters of all levels, and hosts the NO LIFT podcast, a light-hearted take on many topics loosely related to Powerlifting.
