Season 6, Episode 11: Interview with Angharad L. Ford & Gary Francis Roche from “Demo_n” (2024)

"Demo[N]" puts an inventive spin on the screen life horror subgenre by cleverly merging the familiar webcam format with the unsettling world of a cursed video game. This unique premise helps distinguish the film, and once the demonic activity begins, it effectively builds a palpable sense of suspense. For dedicated fans of the genre, however, it brings enough new ideas to be worth a watch. It was great to sit down with Angharad and Gary to understand the concept behind the film. I for one, am not into video game / possession genre but this movie was produced well, the acting is phenomenal, and it just straight up scared the crap out of me. Both Angharad and Gary delivered their performances exceptionally well and I am thoroughly impressed with this film. I give it two thumbs up and 4.5/5 – check it out, I highly recommend it.
