For the third week, economist Thomas Sowell is our quote for this week's podcast. This week, he tells us why studying and learning from history is so important. We'll tell you about a violent thug in Colorado who had been arrested three times in the past six months before opening fire on a camera crew filming a music video and asking, "Why was he still not in jail for his prior crimes?"We'll play a clip of Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) questioning a female law school professor about her claims that the 2nd amendment and the Supreme Court are both racist. In one of our "Way-back" segments, we'll play a clip of Senator Bernie Sanders arguing about the need for more border control security. In our second "Way-back" segment, we'll play a clip of Senator Chuck Schumer arguing that we must impose tougher tariffs and trade sanctions on China and Chinese-manufactured goods. We'll tell you about 14 international students at one Pennsylvania University who were notified by the State Department last week that their student Visas were being revoked and why.
