During his tenure there, he recruited more than 150 physicians, co-led the transition of the physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) residency to internal oversight, transitioned the employed hospitalist program to a value-based model, facilitated top decile divisional employee engagement and transitioned more than 700 physicians to telehealth amid COVID-19.Regular speaker for ACHE, Becker's Healthcare, HFMA, World Healthcare Congress, and World Research Group.
