Season 7 - Episode 129 Locals joys found during Covid, UK 🇬🇧 dilemma; family and Vegas-me balance

Today on ZorkCast, we are discussing the concept of the Vegas-me balance. If you love recreational gambling like we do, and your partner doesn’t necessarily feel the same way, chances are you enjoy traveling to Vegas by yourself or possibly meeting up with a community of like-minded people. This is the Vegas-me balance. In this episode, we discuss how COVID testing and increased travel costs have affected people’s Vegas-me balances. Tuning in, you’ll hear how Vegas trips have, in some cases, become part of a more significant vacation and our thoughts on how this is affecting the US tourism economy and the airlines. We also chat about the trend in people scratching the gambling itch at local casinos and Vegas alternatives. We talk about casino host interaction, how this creates angst for players, and how it adds another level to the psychological battle of gambling. For all this, as well as some tips on where to find some great deals and a fantastic new podcast for anyone who loves craps, tune in today!Want to contact us or share something?Chat to TravelZork, ZorkCast and TravelZork Travel!Email us at:tips@travelzork.com--------------------------------------------Book your next trip with TravelZork Travel!Luxury Hotel Program for Las Vegas and Worldwide--------------------------------------------Links for episode 129Crap Vegas Small Whale - Chris on Twitter VegasDuffy on Twitter Join The TravelZork Facebook Group - lots of great travel and casino loyalty conversations!--------------------------------------------Support the show!
