Season Done, What Next?

Well the Vikings season is over yet again, and we're faced with the same questions. Why are our two most important positions still filled by both Brad Childress and Tarvaras Jackson? Hard to imagine Tarvaras Jackson as a starting QB in a playoff game, but we did get what we thought we'd get out of it. Are we going to return next season with the same exact situation? Hopefully the Vikings finally wise up and can acquire a better fit at the QB position, and why not take a crack at a more qualified coach while they're at it?
