This coming Sunday, April 3, will be the much-anticipated spring festival Hello St. Elmo!Families can plan to make a late afternoon and early evening of the event as multiple food vendors will be on hand. The event is 4 until 8pm and occurs on St. Elmo Avenue and will feature 3 main things: the opening of the newest section of the Tennessee Riverwalk connecting downtown and St. Elmo, a children's parade and the somewhat famous St. Elmo Corgi Parade.
