Seattle Times Editorial Board Pins Georgia Shooting on 'Gun Culture'

Even though they admit that Washington State's "assault weapon" ban, "universal" background checks, and "red flag" law aren't stopping juvenile and adult offenders from getting ahold of a gun, the Seattle Times editorial board says the answer is a national ban on semi-automatic long guns.
