“Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” The Book of Second Corinthians is largely dedicated to Paul’s defense of his ministry.  But it also contains the largest section on stewardship and financial giving in the entire New Testament. Is tithing strictly an Old Testament idea? Is it part of the Mosaic Law?
