SECOND SKIN

Title Track of the Second Skin album released in April 2025. Lola Demo’s Second Skin, released in April 2025, is a raw and unapologetic 17-track album that dives deep into the darker layers of emotion, identity, and survival. Blending goth, alternative rock, and dark electronica, the record carries a visceral intensity that feels both intimate and defiant. Written, performed, and produced by Lola Demo herself in a home-studio setting, Second Skin exposes the fragile and fierce sides of human experience — from betrayal and manipulation to healing and reclamation. Tracks like “He Gets Away With Murder,” “Fractured Mind,” and the haunting title song embody a deeply confessional energy, where atmospheric soundscapes and jagged beats collide with honest, wounded vocals. It’s not a polished mainstream release but a deeply personal exploration of strength through vulnerability — an album that resonates with anyone who’s had to rebuild from the inside out.
