Second Sunday of Advent: Journeying with the Holy Family to the manger

Today we discover who the holy family was and take a journey to Bethlehem with them. Come with me as we unveil who Mary was and her role in Salvation history then, as well as today. Discover the humble, quiet leader, and trusting foster father of Jesus who was Saint Joseph. And reflect upon the love God had to come and dwell with us as Emmanuel- the Christ child. Each member of the Holy Family leads us to the manger where salvation began as Jesus’ birth issued in God’s Kingdom for He is the light of the world!
