Good morning everyone. So I am back after quite a good gap of a few days, I guess. I'm not very sure when I recorded my last episode, but I will start today first with sharing the insights from my listeners. And thank you.

Thank you so much. Okay, let's go with that. Where is it? Okay, Lalita, thank you.

You really pay attention to every life around you and you always value them. Thank you. Keep inspiring. Thank you so much.

Second person. Lalita, you. What is that? Okay.

Thank you, Lalita for addressing my low-mode issue. Much wanted. I will certainly try your suggestion. As you said, we are not very much encouraged to cherish the praises.

I think it was an episode where I mentioned about emotional bank account. You know, store all the praises, testimonials from your friends, from your relatives, and then make a folder. You know, you pay attention. What you pay attention, it grows.

I do that. I just try to put everything in one folder. That's how I'm able to read it for you today. Okay, another one.

Okay, nice job. That's my daughter-in-law. And you have included the LOL. I think in my last testimonial line, I also included LOL.

So that's what she's been mentioning. I love it so much. This is why people are so drawn to your podcast. Thank you.

Thank you. Okay, then the next person. Thank you, Lalita, for mentioning my testimonial. You are a great achiever and a person with multiple skills and creativity.

May God bless you. And may God bless you with many more achievements. Enjoy this glorious day. Thank you.

Thank you so much. Hi, Auntie. How are you doing? I just heard one of your episodes on compliments and praises.

Sorry that it took me so long to get to it. I guess it slipped my mind until now. The podcast was great. Loved your pace and content.

Thank you. Next. Listen to two empowering women talking. Yeah, this is an interview that I did with another person Priya Vishanathan.

So it's one of the listeners has mentioned that. Thank you. Thank you. Next one.

This is another listener. Today I managed to catch up on your podcast, Painting commentary and most importantly on Canva. Okay. This painting commentary is this.

This listener is a very good painter. So I when she does her art work, her paintwork, she sends me and I write a commentary on that. And that's again, that also she said, she's putting her testimonial. So I'm going to read it aloud.

Okay. The first she's mentioned this. Your latest podcast was very interesting as I could relate to the timetable concept. You are absolutely correct that it helps so much in periods like this.

Loved your suspense. Thank you so much for your wonderful commentary. The idea of having a process to appreciate art seems so novel. You bring creativity in so many such small activities where we would just tend to say, great job and one.

You seem to make this a learning experience for yourself and others. Absolutely. Yes, I do. I could only see the fifth day of your video.

Not sure if there was a way to get the old ones. Yeah, this is about, I'm going to talk about this. It's a 21 day video series, which I did. And then I managed to put it in one place where you can access all my videos.

I will be talking about that. The only two podcasts I missed are the interviews with Priya. And today I just noticed that it's March 18th. You're very anniversary best, which is you hope you did your sundark on.

Anyway, these are some of the other things that you know, little personal. But again, I did make do an episode on March 80th, the wedding anniversary day. So she listened to it a little later. And then she wrote a testimonial.

And then I put it in my testimonial folder and I'm reading it after a month. And then she's also mentioned long note, but I feel great completing tasks in my SMD. So SMD is one of my acronyms. Start my day.

So I start my day, drain dumping all my things that I need to do. In one page, maybe even couple of pages, whatever. Okay. Thank you all so much for your time and insights.

I was fascinated by Canva. It's one of the platforms you can Google and see. And one of my listeners also prompted me and did a 21 day self motivated video challenge on self employment and money for two reasons. Reason number one is to help because a lot of people are losing jobs and they are transitioning to self employment.

So, you know, it is to help them understand their relationship with money because the way you're going to make money as an employee and the way you're going to make money as an asset. Self employed person is going to be way different. And when you're when you're doing a small, you know, self employment, when they're just starting small, everything can jump your emotional. You may go through the emotional roller coaster of your relationship with your money and how you handle money in your business.

And also with your spouse and you know, there are many other things. So I made a 21 day, very short. I think each video is under eight or 10 minutes about relationship with money. And I have focused on one book.

Money is my friend for the new millennium by Phil Lott. So please go ahead and check it out. I'm putting the link in the description box below. So the second reason why I did those was to help me overcome my camera shyness.

In fact, more than shyness, I would say, you know what, camera self consciousness. Because I would think, Oh my God, what would I look? How would I look? You know, should I have to dress up and all that stuff?

You know what I'm saying? All those things. Maybe I think it's time for me to do a podcast on that to help people feel better if they're camera shy or self conscious. No, you can do it.

It doesn't matter. So that type of thing. Okay. So once again, in the podcast description, in this episode's podcast description, I have given the link to the webpage where you can access all the episodes of my podcast and also the 21 day video series, which I did on self employment and relationship with money.

Coming to today's topic, a part of me is filled with gratitude for the discovery of vaccines and also people in the United States have slowly started traveling, have started enjoying group activities in Afro-Nealese, Panofania. But a major part of me is feeling very, very low, very low, especially when I start watching TV. I don't watch TV much, but then you know, you do get these. I am not, I think I'm pretty disciplined enough not to allow the media control me or something.

I think so. But at the same time, when things are not so great in your motherland, you definitely, you know, even if you don't watch, you know, you get, you hear stories and things jump at you. So it's really, really low. I feel really, I felt really low.

Yes, I am a firm believer in prayer. I'm a firm believer in meditation. I'm a firm believer in doing yoga and all these things, keeping myself active mentally, physically and emotionally. But then I cannot, I cannot stop feeling the feelings for what is happening in India.

So now I was thinking, yes, there are different ways we can help physically. We can go and help. Yes, I did some small donations. But then what is it that I can do through the podcast?

So a major part of me, as I said, is feeling low when I hear about all these things that were happening in India. And I'm asking myself, how can I work on my thoughts and my feelings because what is happening outside, you know, as event or circumstances is not in my control. So what is happening inside is my thoughts and my feelings and how can I help myself regulate inside my body, my thoughts and feelings. Can I choose to think differently and can I choose to feel differently.

So, and then how can I help you, my listener audience do that. So you know, one of my go to think in the morning ritual is affirmation. Apart from meditation, prayer, I do affirmation in front of the mirror. And that helps me program myself, subconscious mind with new thoughts, so new pattern of thinking.

So today, and one of my go to meditation book is Meditations to Heal Your Life by Do You Say. So today, I chose, I chose the page on self-talk. So I'm going to read that aloud for you. My request to you is listen to it once again and try to put your name, you know, and then do the affirmation.

Okay, let's do it. Here you go. So the affirmation is on self-talk. I love my own thoughts.

My inner dialogue is kind and loving. I have a unique role to play on this earth, and I also have the tools to do the job. The thoughts I think and the words I speak are my incredibly powerful tools. I use them and I enjoy what they produce for me.

Meditation, prayer or 10 minutes of affirmations in the morning are wonderful. And I get better results when I'm consistent all day long. I remember that it is the moment to moment thinking that is really shaping my life. The point of power, the place where I make changes is always right here and right now.

So just for a moment, I catch the thought. I'm thinking right now. And I ask myself, do I want the thought to create my future? Wow, very powerful, right?

So now I encourage you to do something like this in the second and the third person. Lolita, you have a unique role to play on this earth. And you also have the tools to do the job. Okay, the third person.

As though somebody else is talking about Lolita, right? Lolita has a unique role to play on this earth and Lolita also has the tools to do the job. So I wanted to say, please give yourself permission to say your name in first, second and third person and try these affirmations, add it to your repertoire of your well-being schedule. Because right now, we are all looking for mental well-being, emotional well-being, in addition to physical well-being.

Because these are all linked. They are all translated, they are linked. You all know this. There's a physical brain, there's a Babylon brain and there's a neocortex in simple terms.

So with that said, I want to invite you, I encourage you to once again, listen and then say in first, second and third. And then what you can do is start, and I want to ask you these questions. The question is, how do you feel about yourself? Okay, and can you plant new thoughts?

What kind of inspired actions are you taking to keep you and your family motivated? Okay, so with that said, I'm praying for global well-being, global peace and global prosperity and also for return to normalcy soon. But that said, you have a fantastic day and I will talk to you soon. Bye-bye.
