Secret - guitar mix (cover)

A second cover version of this lovely song by Ruth Nina Welsh. I felt that I was not getting as close to the original as I wanted and decided to try using a guitar (Specifically, an Italian Encore ENC1, One I have had since my 21st birthday well over 50 years ago). By the time I was ready to record it, I think, at least I hoped, I was getting somewhere close. I think it is the better version, hope you like it. Incidentally, I had to have the body repaired about 35-40 years ago after it was dropped from a great height-not by me I hasten to add. The luthier asked me if I knew anything about the mode; which was a copy of an early Ovation plastic bowled body guitar. I had to say, "no" and he told me that they were very sought after in the seventies. But By then it was a fixture in my line up so was not surprised.
