Beginning with Technics 1200s and vinyl, he first gained attention through Fractured Breaks, a UK-based internet radio show that drew thousands of listeners weekly and placed him alongside breakbeat icons like The Stanton Warriors, Adam Freeland, and Dylan Rhymes. By the late 2000s, Narcosis shifted toward house, helping define St. Louis nightlife through the Badassness parties at Upstairs Lounge, sharing the booth with artists such as Justin Martin, Worthy, Tanner Ross, and Butane. His reputation expanded nationally with performances at Miami’s Winter Music Conference, Chicago, Orlando, and beyond, as well as opening slots for Deadmau5, Josh Wink, Claude VonStroke, Matthew Dear, and more. After traveling through Europe, Asia, and Central America, Narcosis launched Soundtracks for Living, a Mixcloud-charting podcast exploring ambient and downtempo influences.
