She is currently associated with the School of Policy and Governance at the Azim Premji University, Bangalore as well as Prisons Forum, Karnataka. She has a Bachelor of Law degree from the Karnataka State Law University, and a Master of Law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where she was a Fulbright-Nehru and Dean’s Scholar, and a Penn Law Human Rights fellow.
