SECURE 2.0: What You Really Need to Know

SECURE 2.0 is a continuation of the original SECURE Act, which became law in December 2019. Both pieces of legislation are primarily designed to increase and facilitate access to retirement savings and lower employers' costs of offering and funding retirement plans, but they also have several provisions that could affect individuals' estate planning.
