Security challenges demand that Security Council should be reformed

Deteriorating security challenges around the world have made it imperative that the Security Council should be reformed. So says the United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki Moon speaking to the media ahead of the High Level Segment of the 71st session of the General Assembly which gets underway in New York next week. Ban Ki Moon also highlighted three areas that he believes should command the attention of the over 130 heads of state and government who will descended on UN Headquarters, for what will be his last *GA debate before leaving office.
