Sedona Drivers Advised of Slurry Seal Work on Multiple Streets

Send us a text and chime in!The city of Sedona and its contractor, Cactus Asphalt, will begin asphalt pavement preservation operations the week of June 8, 2026, with work expected to continue through the end of the month. Crews will apply a slurry seal treatment, which is a thin layer made of asphalt, water and fine aggregate placed on existing pavement to help extend pavement life and provide a smoother driving surface.
