A Colorado father won’t be charged with child abuse after shooting his pregnant wife and severely maiming his child because the Colorado Supreme Court excluded pre-born babies from child abuse protections. Meanwhile in Missouri, a Satanist loses her lawsuit, claiming that the state’s abortion-consent law which requires pregnant women to be given a booklet on embryology and be given an ultrasound, violates her religious beliefs that her body is inviolable and subject to her will alone.
