This podcasts describes the process of consciousness and our sub-conscious. It will make you aware of the process and how we absorb all that influences us. It will describe how we can influence our sub-conscious mind with positive seeds that will grow and assist us for our highest good. We discuss how the sub-conscious works and what it does with all the information that it warehouses. I describe how these seeds can be negative or positive and how they become beliefs, decisions, and blocks or control us with sub-conscious effects.
