from KIRSTIcast Hosted by Kirsti Manna
On the first KIRSTIcast episode of 2021, Kirsti Manna, #1 hit songwriter is joined by her producer husband and president of LuckySky Music Nashville based record label, Bill Warner to talk tips on how to network, maintain persistence, and make a creative dream a reality. This month Kirsti starts a new series called The Unsigned Artists, focusing on female songwriter/artists, some who are cowriters, artists that Kirsti loves who are currently unsigned. This episode’s guest is Kristi Hoopes, a Season 13 member of Blake Shelton’s team on NBC’s The Voice. Kristi has a knack for vivid songwriting and a voice with that cool vintage rasp of songstresses like EmmyLou Harris and Bonnie Raitt. Besides a spontaneous interview with Kristi, Kirsti will feature one of their cowrites and the title track to Kristi’s new album, “Life of the Party.” Check out Kristi Hoopes here: https://www.kristihoopes.com/ The Meow Not Bow Wow segment opens the new year with a discussion on cats and their patience.
