Seeing A Clear Path to $30 Million

In this episode, Randy talks with Jon TenBrinke. Jon is a co-founder of Black Jack Contracting, he’s been in the game since high school. He spent his junior and senior years doing two things: playing football and taking the first steps to becoming an electrician. After graduating he began his apprenticeship, got his license at the age of 24 there for making him the youngest master electrician in Ontario’s history. After 7 years of running this electrical contracting business, the opportunity presented itself to get into the general contracting game and for the past 3 years, he’s been doing just that.Jon talks about one of the first 4 Level Coach workshops he attended, where he wrote down a goal of $5 Million and thought that would be incredible and unbelievable. Then he did a private session with Randy where he was shown a path to get to $12 Million and Jon thought WOW, that’s impressive, and still didn’t believe it.
