Seeing God Anew ft. Dr. Marcus Merritt | Chapel at Luther Rice

Seeing God Anew | Dr. Marcus Merritt Scripture: Isaiah 6:1–13In this Chapel at Luther Rice message, Dr. Marcus Merritt, Doctor of Ministry Program Coordinator and Assistant Professor of Pastoral Ministry, teaches from Isaiah 6 about the life-changing power of seeing God anew.Isaiah’s circumstances did not change when he saw the Lord - but his perspective did. Dr. Merritt traces three transformative movements in Isaiah’s vision: seeing God clearly in His power, holiness, and glory; seeing ourselves honestly and receiving the cleansing available through Christ; and seeing a world that desperately needs the hope of the gospel. This message challenges students, pastors, ministry leaders, and every believer to resist spiritual stagnation, recover their wonder at who God is, and respond to His call with Isaiah’s words: “Here am I. Send me!”Learn more about Luther Rice College & Seminary at LutherRice.edu.#LutherRice #ChristianPodcast #Isaiah6 #BiblicalTeaching #ChristianMinistry #Chapel
