Seeking Clarity in a Confused Culture, Prairie Bible Service, April 24, 2022Scripture:   1 Cor 11:2-16 There was a lot of confusion in the city of Corinth when it came to men, women, and how they relate to each other, and this confusion had crept into the Corinthian church. Paul, by the power of the Holy Spirit, brings clarity to the situation. This clarity includes timeless truths for us today on these same issues. Timeless Truths from 1 Corinthians 11:2-16We submit to God’s order because Jesus Christ submitted to God’s order (v. 2-3).God’s order includes distinctions (v. 4-10).God’s order includes dependence (v. 11-12).God has graciously given order to protect us from chaos (v. 13-16). Simple.
