A bit of a long (probably too long for our neurospicy brains) ramble about the Madness of managing AuDHD/ADHD with today's tech versus my 80's childhood. Some lighthearted bits, some raw, honest and vulnerable content but as I said before, it's the good the bad and the ugly here.
