Today we'll talk with CPA Jean Moses about the changes in tax code you should know about. We'll also take your questions at 440-2665, 1-800-940-2240 or through [email protected] B: Gloucester 40 This year's Daily Press 'Citizens of the Year' award went to the 'Gloucester 40'. This group of citizens grew concerned about the actions of their County Board of Supervisors and decided to petition the circuit court to ask that the officials be removed. What happened next took them by surprise - the judge who received the petitions threw them out and fined the group $80,000. They have appealed the fines and the Virginia Supreme Court will hear their case later this month - tune in to learn more about this fascinating group.
