He co-founded the Minnesota chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors and has advised and served on countless boards. Before entering law, Debbie worked in India as a director of a non-profit that rescues victims of sex trafficking. She is an associate in the Securities and Mergers & Acquisitions practices at Fredrikson & Byron and a vice-chair of the ABA's Corporate Social Responsibility Law Committee.
