The article outlines how developing self-awareness in managers and employees can enhance leadership, self-management, decision-making, relationships, and performance. It then delves into specific techniques for improving cognitive, affective, and evaluative self-awareness, drawing on case examples from Deloitte, LifeLabs, and Procter & Gamble.
