Self Care

I’ll admit — I do not care for my own well-being as routinely as I should. As I’ve shared previously, the past few years have been grueling to my mental health as we transitioned from a decade of long term care for Sheryl’s parents and my Dad, to the relocation from the Coast to north Alabama and the restart of second careers and jobs. Through it all, I finally chose to ask for help. And help was, and is, readily available. Today, I hope you will join me in caring for your Self as well. Let’s all Get Better. So that we will Be Better. Then, let’s power up and DO Better for our world and those we are called to influence in this life.
