In the episode I talk about what I believe the most important aspects of a good self care routine are:1) You do something you absolutely love every day2) It helps you get deeply peaceful3) It helps find a deep level of satisfaction4) It helps you feel deep gratitudeGreat examples of morning routine activity include meditation, gratitude journaling, free journaling, walking through nature, and yoga. If something else works for you then great! But just remember - the goal is to enter a deep state of peace every day. I've tried many different morning routine activities over the years and I've definitely found that some work better than others for me. It's important to prioritize this practice of refining your routine. By doing so, you declare to yourself and the world that your state of mind matters! We are put on this earth to enjoy life and live abundantly.
