Hey everyone! I hope this recording finds you well. Today is self-care Sunday and I’m discussing self care, depression, and support. We all have several task from day to day, and we all need support. Don’t be afraid to ask for help because you can’t pour from an empty cup. As always, this podcast has Christian views so you know that I firmly believe in alignment with God to strengthen your foundation. Rethink friendship and what it really means to you in terms of support…do you give and never receive? Think about what you need out of every relationship that you encounter. I count it all joy when friends come and go. They come for a reason and they leave for a reason, count it all joy and focus on being your best.
