Make a list of 3 things you need to do FOR YOURSELF and schedule them into your schedule. So often I hear - "I don't have time". Truth is you can find the time if you really want to. So this week...really want to! Build your schedule to allow for the time you need to take care of yourself. Perhaps coffee with a friend, a workout at the gym and a long phone call to someone you love. Make the time today in your calendar for these things to happen and they will. Remember - you control your downtime. Make better use of it!
