This episode didn’t have my usual Eyes, Ears, Heart section, but do not fear here they are!
Eyes: I just finished the Brene Brown special, The Call to Courage, and if you haven’t seen it yet on Netflix, I NEED YOU TO FIX YOUR LIFE! It is so good, and also is very connect to this topic.
Ears: This month I have a whole new playlist for y’all! I am literally in love with all the new R&B that is coming out this year so here is another playlist with my favorites on it like Ari Lennox and Lucky Daye.
Heart: Vulnerability and putting myself out there have obviously been something I am studying and unpacking so they have been heavy on my heart but also the way women’s reproductive health is being controlled and politicized is so absurd right now. People shouldn’t be policing peoples bodies and if you are going to be pro-life there needs to be some consistency so when you see schools getting shot up and police brutality you cannot be silent and say you are pro-life. We need to make the world safer all around and eliminating something that will happen regardless is not only cruel but shows the lack of concern you have for peoples lives.
I hope you have an amazing week and I cant wait to hear what you thought of the episode. Rate, comment, subscribe, share, and if you have any questions or have things you want me to cover, don’t hesitate to reach out on Instagram or Twitter and you can email me at [email protected].
