Self Confidence vs Confidence.

So many of us rely on confidence but confidence is something we get as a result of having done something over and over again; its a byproduct.Confidence is nice to have but we can't rely on it for things that we have not done before, because, well, we haven't done them before.When we are doing something for the first time, doing something we haven't done for a long time or stepping out of our comfort zone we are not going to be able to rely on confidence, because it won't be there.This is when we want to rely on self-confidence.Self-confidence is the willingness to feel vulnerable, make mistakes and not judge yourself. You have your own back no matter what.
