Self Defense Murders, Part 1
from Twisted Listers Hosted by Twisted Listers
This week, dear listeners, we tackle a very divisive and difficult subject: people who murdered someone in self defense (or at least claimed they did). What makes this topic especially problematic is how many people claim self defense when in reality they are cold blooded murderers, and not only that, but how many people truly kill in self defense and end up in prison anyway (sometimes for life!) And, in true Twisted Listers fashion, both Diva and Cindy were sure to choose cases that will absolutely enrage your sense of justice, fairness, and make you question the world we live in. Because really, that's what we do best! So tune in and get ready to rage with us, and for so many reasons, be so super sure to stay off of this list on both sides! Cases Covered: 1. Nicole Addimando 2. Mavrick Fisher and Grant Whitaker Check out our website! www.twistedlisterspod.com Join us on Patreon: www.patreon.com/twistedlisters Follow us on Instagram: @twistedlisterspcast Tiktok: @twistedlisters Outro Music by Lady X/Y Sources: https://www.poughkeepsiejournal.com/story/news/local/2021/07/14/murderer-nicole-addimando-sentence-reduced-domestic-violence-act/7967311002/ https://abcnews.go.com/US/nikki-addimando-speaks-prison-shares-story/story?id=96817692 https://www.oxygen.com/accident-suicide-or-murder/crime-news/grant-whitaker-dies-after-mavrick-fisher-hit-him-with-rock https://www.facebook.com/deafvagabond/
