He was in the Marine Corps for eight years, a correctional officer for 25 years, and even ran an MMA gym where he trained cage fighters and did some fighting himself. Throughout all of Ralph's careers and vocations, he was always helping other people achieve their dreams and goals as a coach and supporter. And in the process, he found that his own health had slipped. He found himself overweight, lazy, and depressed, sitting on the couch, flipping through the TV, and just lacking in life and vitality. And what's so cool about Ralph's story is that over a very short period, he’s completely rewired his psychology and is kicking ass with his life.
