Self Love Affrimations

In this transmission podcast, I will be doing I Am Affrimations. Affrimations is anything you say or think. It is imperative that we use only loving kind positive affrimations about our self's. Remember our higher self is king and loving and never has anything negative to say. Our higher self only wants to guide direct and assist us on our spiritual awaking and soul journey and life purpose. The first 20 minutes of your morning sets the tone and frequency for your entire day. Our subconscious is most alert at this stage as we are still leaving Delta sleep and returning to the 3rd dimension. So therefore I find this is the best time to have a morning ritual.
