Self-Love and Relationships w/ Lonnie Richardson

In the fifth episode of the M3 Bearcast, I speak with Lonnie Richardson about his self-love journey. Lonnie is a former contributor to M3 and an old friend. We've often argued about political issues when we were on opposite sides of an issue, but over time he's taught me to respect my friend's opinions even when I deeply disagree and believe those opinions to be harmful. He passionately defends his boundaries and rarely puts up with any violation of them. I realize now that his integrity may be why we butted heads so much and that I violated his boundaries in ways that I shouldn't have.
