Self Love is Not Selfish - Episode 004 of the Inconsistency Club

Join me as I check in after the last few weeks and talk about the energy of Winder and filling our own cups. As the leaves start to fall away, we can reflect on the importance of reserving our energy for ourselves, and letting the things, people, obligations and 'should's' drop off and away, so we can fill our own cups, to then be able to be of service to those around us from a whole and rested place. How often do you say yes when you want to say no? Or how often do you prioritise your own need's above others? Is this selfish to you?
