Appreciating ourselves and allowing space for our emotions is a very big part of being resilient - however there's a fine line between self pity and self compassion that we need to explore to ensure we're not disempowering ourselves or using our hardship as an excuse not to take purposeful action.

So today's episode is all about the difference between self compassion and self pity, and also why trying to resist being compassionate with yourself often ends up in self defeating behaviour very similar to self pity - so SELF COMPASSION is where the power is at and tune in to learn how to be in that place during times of struggle and hardship. It takes practice but it's worth it!
